用于喷墨打印电子器件的石墨烯墨水的制备及应用进展研究 被引量:1

摘要 喷墨打印技术具有低成本、环境友好、图案均匀、加工连续性好等优势,使生产大面积柔性电子器件成为可能,而喷墨打印导电墨水的制备是喷墨打印电子技术得以蓬勃发展的关键所在。石墨烯是由碳原子紧密堆积而成的二维晶体,具有超薄、超轻、超高强度、高的导电导热性和透光性,结构稳定等特点。现在大量的研究将石墨烯制成导电墨水用于喷墨打印技术中,本文主要介绍了应用在喷墨打印技术中的两类石墨烯墨水的制备方法,并结合国内外研究前沿介绍了这两种墨水在传感器、超级电容器、薄膜晶体管等方面的应用,并指出喷印石墨烯墨水的未来挑战。 Inkjet printing has lots of advantages, such as low cost, environment friendly, uniform pattern and processing continuity, which can be used to product large and flexible electronic devices. It is the key to prepare conductive inks in the inkjet printing. Graphene was a one-carbon atom-thick two-dimensional (2D) single layer, which has been used to make conductive ink for inkjet printing technology owing to itsperfect characteristics, such asultra- thin, ultra-light, high transmittance, high strength, high electrical and thermal conductivity. Now a lot of researches aboutgraphene has been introduced. In this article, two major synthesis methods of conductive graphene inksare introduced. And their application in inkjet printingsuch assensor, supercapacitors,thin-film transistorare briefly discussedcombine to the current research situation Finally, we present the challenges for conductive graphene inks..
