聚砜超滤膜的制备和性能优化研究

摘要 本文采用浸没沉淀相转化法对聚砜型卷式膜组件的膜片进行了制备,介绍了常用的几种水处理膜用树脂的性能指标和特点,研究了聚砜树脂浓度、添加剂含量、凝固浴组成和凝固浴的温度等因素对聚砜超滤膜结构和性能的影响,观测了聚砜超滤膜纵切面的扫描电镜图,并测试分析了表征超滤膜性能的重要指标超滤膜纯水通量、和牛血清蛋白(BSA,Mr=67OK)的截留率。得到了如下的结果:随着亲水性PVP添加剂用量的增加,聚砜超滤膜的水通量有逐渐增加的趋势,牛血清白蛋BSA的截留率则随着添加剂的增加有降低的趋势;随着凝固浴组分中D M A C含量0%-50%的增加,超滤膜结构由指孔结构向海绵状孔结构转化;凝固浴在低温条件下4℃时,凝固浴组分中DMAC含量为10%时,制备的聚砜超滤膜性能达到优化。 Ultrafiltration membranes has been developing quickly in recent years for its characteristics, such as prepration easily, little pollution, high selectivity.And now it was focused on ultrafiltration membranese preparation technology, and improving the performance. The ultrafiltration membranes were prepared through immersion precipitation phase transformation method .The effects of the solvent ratio, additive quantity, coagulation bath ratio?coagulation bath temperature on ultrafiltration membrane performance were dicussed. The pure water flux and rejection performance were tested. The structure and property of ultrafiltration membranes were t characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
