摘要
GMA含有双键和环氧基团,环氧基团可以和多种化合物发生反应,可赋予GMA基树脂更多的改性性能。本文用GMA和MMA共聚生成GMA-co-MMA共聚物,再加入AA和GMA-co-MMA共聚物反应,同时保留部分环氧,得到含有活性羟基、环氧和双键的树脂;此树脂可以以多种方式固化且可分步固化,便于成型加工。同时,本文也讨论了热固化温度、热固化时间、紫外光固化能量、光引发剂种类对AA改性GMA-co-MMA共聚物膜材料性能的影响。
GMA consists of double bond and oxiane group which permits a large number of chemical reactions. The reaction with oxiane group with kinds of nucleophiles is an opportunity for modification. This article offers an kind of GMA-co-MMA copolymer using AA modificated as pendant, and kept back some oxiane group. The resin consits hydroxy, oxiane and double bond, could be cured by multiple ways, and could be cured step by step, convinent for moulding. Themocuring temperature, themocuring time, UV curing engergy and UV curing agent was also discussed.
