摘要
介绍了中冶焦耐(大连)工程技术有限公司自主研发的硅砖隧道窑(181m×2.6m)的技术要点,解决了传统硅砖隧道窑成品率低、热耗高的问题,在国内优质硅砖生产线的技术进步方面起到了示范和带动作用。
This paper introduces the technical points of a new type of tunnel kiln （ 181m × 2.6m） for silica bricks which is developed by ACRE. It concludes that the new type of tunnel kiln can solve the problems of low productivity and high consumption and plays an exemplary and leading role in technology advancements of domestic high quality silica bricks production line.
