摘要
以深圳平安金融中心项目总承包管理为例,全面阐述在施工过程中总承包商以全过程总承包管理和以实现建筑最终功能为目标,围绕施工关键线路为主线,进行总体计划及计划管理、总承包资源协调管理、样品样板管理、深化设计管理、施工技术管理、安全文明施工管理、调试与验收管理、质量管理、BIM管理等,促使项目各项建设目标全面达成。
Based on Shenzhen Ping'an Financial Center,this paper comprehensively elaborated the strategy of general contractor in construction process. Took general contracting management of total process and realized function of the construction as the goal. All measures center around key line of construction. Based on these principles,the general contractor manage the plan,construction site,sample and model,detailed design,construction technique,safe and civilized construction,debugging and acceptance,quality and Building Information Modeling for completion.
