超高压水气联洗技术在平安金融中心项目的应用

The Technology Application of One Kilometer Concrete Pump Pipe Washing by Water & Air under Ultrahigh Pressure

阐述了超高压水气联洗技术的基本原理及常规的操作流程,并在平安金融中心项目的日常施工中进行了长期的应用与优化,特别是在平安金融中心千米泵送试验应用中作用尤为突出。本文总结分析了水气联洗技术与常规混凝土泵送管道清洗技术的经济效益,验证了超高压水气联洗技术的可行性与创新性。

The content of this paper was about basic principle and operating procedures of the concrete pump pipe washing by water air technology,it has been applied and optimized in the daily construction of the Shenzhen Ping＇an Financial Center,especially in the experiment about one kilometer concrete pump pipe. This paper summarized the economic performance of washing by water air with common washing in concrete pump pipe,also it verified the feasibility and novelty of the technology about concrete pump pipe washing by water air under ultrahigh pressure.
