东莞国贸中心项目在BIM运用上采取的是两条腿走路的模式,除了运用BIM与传统设计相结合,更利用BIM与咨询相结合,打造全方位的项目信息平台,让施工方及使用者正确认识应用BIM的目的、方法、效益,并把握实施BIM的模式、技术与路径。

National Trade Center in Dongguan adopted two models on the application of BIM,one combined with the traditional design and the other with the counseling,which made a comprehensive project information platform to let contractor and the user correctly understand the purpose,method,benefit by using BIM,and then hold pattern,technology and the path about implement of BIM.
