摘要
本文简要介绍了AP1000核电厂核岛辅助厂房混凝土房间开顶法油漆施工特点,深入研究了开顶法施工方式下DRF涂层出现的诸如发霉鼓泡、变色、缩孔、破损及污染等质量缺陷并进行了原因分析,同时,针对这些质量缺陷提出了相应的改进措施,如对涂层方案的优化、对施工过程进行控制及加强成品保护措施,取得了良好的实践反馈。
This paper introduces open top coating construction characteristics in the Auxiliary Building concrete rooms of AP1000 nuclear island briefly.It studied the main civil coating defects of DRF such as mold,blistering,discoloration,cratering,damage and contamination,and the causes as well.The paper proposes the corresponding measures in order to prevent those defects by the optimization of coating solution,controlling the construction process,and strengthening the finished product protection which are turned out to be good practices.
