摘要
本研究以2008年通过神舟7号运载火箭搭载的老芒麦种质为研究对象,以同批未诱变材料为对照,形态学变异研究表明航天诱变对老芒麦牧草生产性能相关指标产生了一定的影响;通过生产性能评价获得3份产量高于对照的老芒麦优异种质SAG0304-8、SAG0304-6和SAG0304-10以及1份不育单株,为老芒麦新品种选育提供了有价值的中间材料。
This study focused on morphological variation of E. Sibiricus effected by space mutation in which E. Sibiricus germplasm carried by rocket of Shenzhou 7 in 2008 and materials without mutation were used as research materials and control, respectively. The morphological variation from this study showed the traits correlated with production performance was influenced by mutagenic E. Sibiricus.Through evaluation, the germplasm SAG0304-8, SAG0304-6, SAG0304-10 and one sterile plant were obtained due to higher yield than the control, which would be the valuable indirect materials for the new varieties of E. Sibiricus breeding study.
