成釉细胞瘤的病理分型与治疗方式

成釉细胞瘤是一种常见的具有局部侵袭性及复发率较高的良性肿瘤。手术切除是最主要的治疗方式,设计治疗方案时,应全面考虑患者的发病部位、年龄、全身情况等因素,选择相应的手术适应症,其病理分型对于治疗方式的选择也具有一定的影响。本文就成釉细胞瘤何种病理分型选择何种治疗方式预后较好作一综述。

Ameloblastoma is a common benign tumor. with high local invasiveness and recurrence rate. Surgical resection is the main treatment. When selecting the treatment modality,the patients＇ age,the location,general condition and other factors should be considered comprehensively.Pathological type also has influence on surgical pattern. In this paper, we review the prognosis of the pathological types of the patients with the type of the tumor.
