摘要 针对胜利油田常规水平井钻井过程中的悬空侧钻问题,现场主要凭借经验对侧钻轨道进行设计,但设计精度低、失误率高。采用平面圆弧和斜面圆弧的设计方法,将侧钻井眼轨道设计为:稳斜段+造斜段,同时分别推导出了二维和三维侧钻井眼轨道计算公式,并对关键计算参数进行了说明。现场实例证明了此方法设计精度高,能够提高侧钻成功率,为同类水平井悬空侧钻提供一定的技术支持。 The sidetracking wellbore of horizontal well in Shengli Oilfield is usually designed with experience,which usually leads to low design accuracy and high error rate during hang-sidetracking operation. Plane arc and bevel arc methods are used to design sidetracking wellbore as angle-hold section and angle-build section. In addition,the formulas are deduced and the corresponding key parameters are introduced to calculate 2D and 3D sidetracking wellbore trajectories. Field application indicates a high accuracy of this design method,which could improve sidetracking success rate and may also provide a technical support for hang-sidetracking of similar horizontal wells.
