28份市售牛肉中二噁英类化合物含量调查

The survey of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins, polychlorinated dibenzo-p-furans and dioxin-like polychlorinated bophenyls in twenty-eight market beef

摘要 因二噁英类化合物具有强毒性,其在多种食品尤其是动物性食品中的污染水平受到整个社会的广泛关注。2011年第5次全国总膳食研究结果表明,我国一些地区肉类中存在二噁英类化合物的污染,也是这类污染物膳食暴露的主要来源。
