产碳青霉烯酶K20型肺炎克雷伯菌的分离及分子背景研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据荚膜血清学分型,可以将肺炎克雷伯菌分为78个血清型。近年来研究非常关注的荚膜血清型K1、K2、K20、K54、K57型肺炎克雷伯菌在动物实验中表现出较强的毒力特征,并发现与人类肝脓肿、眼内炎、腹膜炎等多种侵袭性疾病密切相关。这些高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌多携带rmpA、magA、wcaG、Arobactin等毒力基因,在毒性、侵袭性、血清抵抗性等方面都显著高于其他荚膜血清型肺炎克雷伯菌。
