Hierarchical relationships of etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke

缺血性脑卒中属"中风病"范畴。中医认为,中风的基本病机总属阴阳失调,气血逆乱。查阅近代相关文献,将之概括整理,综合各医家学派的观点,认为"元气亏虚为本,气虚生瘀,血瘀生痰,痰郁化火,火极生风,致阴阳失调,气血逆乱"为其病理机制,即由"虚、瘀、痰、火、风、气"六端相互作用而致。并据此论述了其在缺血性脑卒中发病过程中的层次关系。

Ischemic stroke is a ＂stroke＂category. Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that,the basic pathogenesis of stroke always belongs to the imbalance of yin and yang,qi and blood inverse chaos. The author through reading modern related literature,sum up comprehensive views of each subject about school. Arguing that ＂qi deficiency is the main cause,qi deficiency causes blood stasis,blood stasis causes phlegm,phlegm causes fire,fire causes wind,lead to imbalance of yin and yang in the end,qi and blood inverse chaos＂. The main cause is six factors interaction that are＂qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm,fire,wind,qi＂. This paper discussed hierarchical relationships of tradition Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke in the process of disease.
