金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病少阴证

Jinkui Shenqi pill in treating diabetes with Shaoyin syndrome

目的以《伤寒论》六经辨证理论体系为指导,从少阴证角度切入,观察金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法观察2型糖尿病患者在常规西药治疗基础上加金匮肾气丸后临床症状积分的变化情况。结果治疗前后比较,患者临床症状改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肾气丸可较好地改善患者口渴喜饮、尿频多尿、自利而渴、虚烦、神疲欲寐、脉微细等临床症状,对糖尿病伴少阴心肾同病有一定疗效。

Objective In the Treatise on Febrile Diseases six-meridian syndrome differentiation as a guide,from the perspective of Shaoyin syndrome clinical efficacy of Jinkui Shenqi pill in treating diabetes. Methods To observe the clinical symptoms changes of patients with type 2 diabetes were taking medicine and the Jinkui Shenqi pill. Results Comparison of treatment before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms improved significantly,the difference was highly significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi pill can better improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,for patients with type 2 diabetes Shaoyin heart and kidney disease have certain curative effect.
