摘要 近年来,国内饲用蛋白源短缺、饲料成本增加、利润降低等现状严重制约着我国畜牧业的发展,豆粕因含有丰富的营养成分成为重要的植物蛋白源。但是,因含有抗营养因子制约了动物对豆粕中营养物质的吸收和利用,为了改善这一状况,利用微生物发酵豆粕产活性大豆肽饲料的研究已成为国内外研究的热点。文章概括了目前微生物发酵豆粕产活性大豆肽饲料的特点、生产及应用的研究进展。 In recent years, the domestic shortage of forage protein source, feed costs, lower earnings sit- uation seriously restricts the development of animal husbandry in our country, becomes an important source of plant protein because it contains rich nutrients. But, because of containing the antinutritional factors restricted the animals on nutrient absorption and utilization of soybean meal, in order to im- prove this situation, using microorganism fermented soybean meal production with active soybean peptide feed research has become a hot research at home and abroad. This paper sums up the current microorganism fermented soybean meal production with active soybean peptide feed characteristics, pro-duction and application of research progress.
