摘要
为研究DDGS比热和热导率的测定方法及不同温度、湿基含水率下的变化规律,在5种温度(分别为30、45、60、75、90℃)和5种湿基含水率(分别为4.22%、7.83%、12.15%、16.37%、20.43%)的条件下,采用差示扫描量热仪(Differential Scanning Calorimeter,DSC)和热特性分析仪KD2 Pro,分别对不同温度、湿基含水率的DDGS的比热和热导率进行了测定,分析了其随温度和含水率的变化规律,对本质原因进行了探讨,并建立了拟合方程。结果表明:温度和含水率对DDGS比热和热导率的影响显著;其比热和热导率均随着温度和含水率的升高而增大。数据、规律和拟合方程对DDGS的热加工利用具有重要的指导作用。
In order to study the determination method and the law of specific heat and thermal conductivity of DDGS with different temperature and wet basis moisture content, five kinds of temperature gra- dient (30, 45, 60, 75, 90℃) and five wet basis moisture content (4.22%, 7.83%, 12.15%, 16.37%, 20.43%, respectively) of DDGS were measured and analyzed. Based on differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal analyzer KD2 Pro, the specific heat and thermal conductivity of DDGS were measured respectively. The change rules of the two characteristics with temperature and moisture con- tent were analyzed, and the essential reasons for the phenomenon were discussed, then the fitted equa- tions were established. The results showed that temperature and moisture content have significant ef- fects on the specific heat and thermal conductivity of DDGS; the specific heat and thermal conductivity of DDGS were increased with the increase of moisture content and temperature. The data, the law and the fitted equations of the two thermal characteristics of DDGS have an important guiding function on its utilization in feed industry.
