大麦-DDGS型日粮中添加非淀粉多糖酶对肉鸡生长性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究大麦-DDGS日粮中添加非淀粉多糖酶对肉鸡生长性能的影响。选用960只一日龄的AA肉鸡随机分成8组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。第1组为正对照,饲喂常规能量日粮;第5组为负对照,饲喂低能量(低250.8kJ)日粮。2~4与6~8试验组分别在正对照组与负对照组的基础上添加100、200、300g/t3个水平梯度的非淀粉多糖酶。结果显示:1~21d,低能试验组T8的日采食量(ADFI)显著低于负对照组T5(P〈0.05);22~42d,常规试验组T4的日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均显著低于对照组T1(P〈0.05);生长全期,常规试验组T4的日采食量(ADFI)显著低于对照组T1(P〈0.05),低能试验组T8的日采食量(ADFI)显著低于负对照组T5(P〈0.05)。酶制剂水平在300g/t时,对生产性能改善效果最好。研究表明分别在常规和低能(低250.8kJ)大麦-DDGS日粮中添加复合非淀粉多糖酶能够不同程度提高肉鸡生产性能,在酶制剂添加300g/t水平时效果最佳。 Abstract:The objective of this experiment was to assess the effect of non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzymes in a barley-DDGS diet on the growth performance of broiler. Nine hundred and sixty l-day- old healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into 8 treatments with 6 replications (20×6×8=brids×replications Xtreatments). The group 1 was fed a regular energy diet as positive control group; the group 5 fed an energy-restricted diet that 250.8 kJ energy less than the conventional di- et as a negative contrast group, the group of 2-4 added 100, 200, 300 g/t of non-starch polysaccharide enzymes on the basis of positive control group, and the group of 6-8 added that on the basis of negative contrast group. The resuhs showed as follows: ①In 1-21 d, ADFI of the group 8 was significantly lower than the negative contrast group 5(P〈0.05); In 22~42 d, the ADFI and F/G of the group 4 were significantly lower than that of the positive control group I(P〈O.05); In 1-42 d, the ADFI of group 4 was significantly lower than that of group l(P〈0.05) and that of group 8 was significantly lower than group 5(P〈0.05). The optimal supplementation of NSP enzymes in a barley-DDGS diet for broilers was 300 g/t on the performance improvement. The current study suggested that the NSP enzymes significantly improved the performance of broiler respectively in conventional and low energy(low 250.8 k J) barley-DDGS diet, and the optimal supplementation of NSP enzymes was 300 g/t in the condition of this experiment.
