摘要
为了满足射频拉远单元(RRU)对远程供电和通信的需求,通过结构设计、材料选择和工艺调整,成功研制了GDFJAYP 2B1+2×2.5RRU用光电复合缆。该光电复合缆采用了全干式结构,避免了缆膏的使用,提高了产品的环保性能;采用了独立的光单元和电单元结构,提高了安装、维护安全性;采用氩弧焊接轧纹铠装,可和现有的馈线配套装置配套使用,和现有的配件直接使用,减少了专用工具的使用量,为施工、使用和后续的维护都提供了便利,减少了持续性的投入。
To meet the requirements of the radio remote unit(RRU)for the need of remote power supply and communications,through structural design,material choice and process adjustments,the GDFJAYP 2B1+2×2.5opto-electric composite cable for RRU is developed successfully.The composite cable uses a new dry structure to avoid the using of cable jelly and improve the environmental performance of the product.The composite cable uses the independent optical unit and electrical unit to improve the security in the installation and maintenance.The composite cable uses the argon-arc welded corrugated armor to use with existing feeder supporting device and accessories,reduce the use of special tools,provide convenience for the construction,use,maintenance,and reduce the continuous investment.
