摘要
光缆在使用过程中,环境中的水分将使光纤产生氢损,同时也会对光缆中的其他材料造成影响。因此,为确保光缆使用寿命,光缆渗水试验合格率成为考核光缆质量的重要指标之一。利用六西格玛DMAIC模型对影响光缆渗水试验合格率的主要因素加以分析并改进,以提高光缆渗水试验合格率,同时提升企业的效益。
During the operations of fiber optic cable,water and humidity will cause hydrogen induced attenuation as well as affect other materials in the fiber optic cable.In order to ensure the life of fiber optic cable,qualified rate of the infiltration test becomes one of the most important indexes in terms of its quality.The main factors affecting the qualified rate of infiltration test are analyzed and improved by using the six sigma DMAIC model,so as to improve the rate of the fiber optic cable and increase the benefit of company.
