摘要
介绍了一种用聚酰亚胺湿敏薄膜制成的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)温度和湿度双参量传感器,并采用了饱和盐溶液湿度标定法对其开展了不同温度、湿度环境下的标定实验研究,确定了该传感器的温度、湿度灵敏度系数。同时,实验研究显示该传感器具有良好的线性度与长期稳定性,最后讨论了该传感器投入实际应用所需的进一步研究及改进。
A fiber Bragg grating(FBG)temperature and humidity dual-parameter sensor made with polyimide humidity sensitive thin film is introduced.The sensor is calibrated at different temperature and humidity points by utilizing the humidity calibrating method of saturated salt solutions.The temperature and humidity sensitivity coefficients of the sensor are determined,and the experiment result demonstrates a good linearity and long-term stability.At last,the further research and improvement are discussed for the practical application of the sensor.
