摘要
针对沙曲选煤厂煤泥浮选系统存在的问题,探讨了水质硬度对煤泥浮选效果的影响规律,当水质硬度小于700 mg/L时,煤和矸石之间的润湿差异性大,选择性好;当水质硬度大于700 mg/L时,煤和矸石之间的润湿性差异小,选择性差。
Aiming at the flotation system in Shaqu coal preparation plant,discussed is the influence of water-hardness on flotation performance,while the hardness being lower than700 mg/L,the wet-ability difference between coal and refuse being large and the selectivity being good,while it is larger than 700 mg/L,the wet-ability difference of them being small and selectivity being low.
