摘要
以云南省某电解铝企业所提供的碳渣为原料,研究了浮选法回收利用碳渣。通过研究获得了最佳磨料粒度、料浆浓度和浮选机转速,分别为-200目占90%,25~33%和1800rpm。获得最佳浮选条件后,采用闭路流程进行了对比实验,结果表明,在最佳条件下,浮选产品质量得到了明显改善,碳精料中电解质含量降低了8.77%,电解质精料中碳含量降低了3.09%,可以直接返回铝电解工艺使用。
In this paper recycling carbon residue from a smelter in Yunnan Province by froth floatation process was researched. Floalation condition inclu- ding grinding fineness, pulp density and rotating speed was optimized through experiments, they were -200 mesh taking 90% , 25 -33% and 1800rpm respectively. Based on that, comparative experiments adopting closed circuit floatation process were performed. As a resuh, quality of floatation products was raised obviously. Specifically, electrolyte content in carbon concentrate dropped 8.77% and carbon content in electrolyte concentrate dropped 3.09% and both concentrates could be applied in aluminum smelting process directly.
