摘要 针对某炭素企业炭阳极的生产配方现状,通过实验室研究和工业验证,形成了大颗粒低粉料配方新技术。该技术降低了沥青的用量,解决了生阳极裂纹的问题。该配方技术的应用,可以提高焙烧阳极的体积密度、抗压强度、CO_2反应残余率,降低热膨胀率和电阻率,实现炭阳极提质降本的效果。 According to current situation of carbon anode formula in a carbon plant, a new formula with large particles and low powder was formed by labo- ratory studies and commercial verification, which could reduce pitch and solve the cracks of green anode blocks. After application of this formula, volume density, compress strength, residual rate of CO2 reaction of baked anode blocks could be improved, and thermal expansion rate and resistivity could be re- duced and improving quality of the carbon block and reducing production cost were realized.
