摘要
以工业品甲基丙烯酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵和工业品丙烯酰胺为原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠复合物为引发体系,采取一次性加料方法,以特性粘数为主要考核指标,对几种阳离子度甲基丙烯酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵与丙烯酰胺的共聚物进行了制备工艺优化研究。比较了在各阳离子度条件下,最佳制备工艺点时单体质量分数、引发剂用量、聚合反应温度和乙二胺四乙酸二钠用量对产物特性粘数和残余双键含量的变化规律。该工艺简便、清洁安全,适合于工业化生产。
The poly(MAPTAC-co-AM) products with serial cationicities were synthesized by using methacrylamido propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide with industrial grade as raw materials, ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as redox initiator. The raw materials and initiator were added in a lump. The preparation technologies were researched by using intrinsic viscosity as the quantitative criterion. The influences of monomer mass percent, initiator dosage, polymerization temperature and Na2EDTA dosage on the intrinsic viscosity values( [η] ) and residual double bonds(X ) of products were studied. The process is simple, clean and safe, suitable for industrial production.
