摘要
对南京大学本科生的问卷调查结果显示,本科生选修创业课程的动因主要是个人兴趣,是否独生子女、是否参加过创业活动和朋友或熟人是否创业等三个因素显著影响其创业课程选修意愿。选修创业课程后,本科生的创业意向、创业效能感和创业素质能力都得到一定程度提升,其中认为创业课程重要且满意度高的本科生效果明显。同时,基于创业课程选修和课程教学中存在的问题,可采取增加创业课程的数量,丰富创业教育的形式;注重对创业课程授课教师的培训,提升创业课程教学效果;组织丰富多彩的创业活动,提供本科生参与创业实践的机会等措施完善创业课程和创业教育体系。
A questionnaire among the undergraduates in Nanjing University shows that entrepreneurial courses are taken mainly out of personal interest. Three variables significantly influence students' in- tent to take those courses: the only child or not, ever involved in entrepreneurial activities or not, having or not friends or acquaintances with such experiences. The course study promotes to some de- gree the entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy and competency of the undergraduates. On another hand, there is still much room in improving the entrepreneurial curriculum and entrepreneurial educa- tion system.
