摘要
随着"啃老族"队伍的不断壮大,"啃老"现象已成为社会十分关注的问题,大学毕业生是"啃老族"队伍中的主要组成部分。根据默顿的功能主义理论、归因理论、斯金纳的强化理论、班杜拉的社会学习理论可以对大学毕业生"啃老"的原因进行分析;大学生自身树立正确的价值观和自我认知,家庭教育培养子女独立性,学校教育提升学生综合素质和社会环境形成良好的社会支持氛围等,则是应对"啃老"的有效策略。
With the continual growth of "NEET," it has received much social concern. The major part of this NEET group is college graduates. This phenomenon is explored in the functional framework of Merton, attribution theory, Skinner's reinforcement theory, and Bandura's social learning theory. On the basis of theoretical analysis, some tackling strategies are proposed.
