煤炭企业安全文化评价研究

Study on safety culture evaluation of coal enterprise

基于对企业安全文化理论的分析和总结,运用层次分析法,构建了一个包含四个一级指标,十三个二级指标的煤炭企业安全文化评价体系,全面有效的进行了安全文化测评。同时,依据评价体系,对于煤炭企业安全文化构建提出了相关建议。

Based on the analysis and summarization on the safety cultural theory of the enterprises, the analytic hierarchy process was applied to establish the safety culture evaluation system of the enterprise with a four first grade index and thirteen second grade index and a safety culture evaluation could be fully and effectively conducted. Meanwhile, according to the evaluation system, the related proposals were provided to the establishment on the safety culture of the coal enterprises.
