摘要
随着科技的发展,新材料在数控机床刀具的应用越来越广泛。选择合理的刀具材料,是保证加工质量、提高效率、降低成本的有效途径。该文主要探讨了数控机床刀具的特点;新刀具材料在数控机床的应用,特别是超硬材料领域;W、Co类涂层和细颗粒(超细颗粒)硬质合金材料领域;含Co类粉末冶金高速钢材料领域的发展。
With the development of science and technology, new materials is more and more widely applied in the CNC machine tools. Choosing reasonable tool material is an effective way to guarantee the processing quality and improve efficiency and reduce cost. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of CNC machine tools;new tool materials in the application of CNC machine tools, especially the field of super hard material ; W, Co coating and fine particles (ultrafine particles) hard alloy;containing Co powder metallurgy high speed steel development in or- der to help the enterprise.
