摘要
针对稠油蒸汽吞吐开采过程中多轮次吞吐后存在的吸汽不均及汽窜现象严重的问题,研制出一种新型耐高温高强度暂堵剂。该暂堵剂由高聚物、复合固相颗粒、交联剂、热稳定剂和高温起泡剂组成,耐温高于300℃,封堵强度高,封堵时间可调,在油层内可以自行解堵。现场实施该暂堵技术后,注汽压力明显提高,平面及纵向吸汽矛盾得到解决,汽窜现象得到有效改善,稠油蒸汽吞吐的注汽效率和采收率提高,增油效果显著。
In view of the severe problems of nonuniform steam absorption and stream channeling occurred after multicycles of steam huff and puff during the steam huff and puff recovery process of viscous crude,a new high temperature resistant high strength temporary plugging agent was developed. This temporary plugging agent is made of a high polymer,a kind of composite solid particles,a crosslinker,a heat stabilizer and a high temperature foamer. This temporary plugging agent can be used at the temperature higher than 300℃ with high blocking strength and adjustable blocking time,and it can removing plugging by itself in oil layer. The steam injection pressure was increased substantially,the contradiction between horizontal steam absorption with and longitudinal steam absorption was resolved,stream channeling was controlled effectively,both the steam injection efficiency and recovery percent of viscous crude huff and puff process were increased,and the oil production increase was significant after this temporary plugging agent was used at site.
