摘要
以硅溶胶为硅源、氢氧化钾为碱源,以1,6-己二胺为模板剂,采用静态水热合成法合成纯相高结晶度ZSM-22分子筛。考察了晶化时间、原料配比、晶种的添加量等因素对ZSM-22分子筛相对结晶度和相纯度的影响。得出适宜的合成条件为:凝胶中硅铝比为n(Si O_2)∶n(Al_2O_3)=(80~90)∶1,碱用量为n(OH^-)∶n(Si O_2)=0.30~0.35,模板剂用量为n(DAH)∶n(Al_2O_3)=(27~35)∶1,晶化温度为160℃,晶化时间为48~72 h时,加入占凝胶总质量的1.3%~2.2%ZSM-22分子筛,能合成相对结晶度和纯度高的理想产品。
A kinds of pure phase high crystallinity Molecular Sieves ZSM-22 was synthesized with silicasol as the silicon source,potassium hydroxide as the alkali source and 1,6-hexamethylenediamine as the template by static hydrothermal synthesis method. The effects of the factors like crystallization time,materials ratio and addition of seed crystal,etc. on the relative crystallinity and phase purity of Molecular Sieves ZSM-22.Suitable synthesis conditions were identified as follows: silica-alumina ratio in gel is n( Si O2) : n( Al2O3) =( 80- 90) : 1,amount of alkali is n( OH--) : n( Si O2) = 0. 30- 0. 35,amount of template is n( DAH) :n( Al2O3) =( 27- 35) : 1,crystallization temperature is 160 ℃,crystallization time is 48 to 72 h,and addition of ZSM-22 is 1. 3% to 2. 2% of the total mass of gel. Desirable product of high relative crystallinity and high purity can be synthesized at these conditions.
