摘要
继续医学教育是针对上岗之后的卫生技术工作人员,继续学习医学科学发展领域的新理论、新技术、新知识以及新方法的一种终身教育。本文在继续医学教育发展的基础上,立足云南省中医医院继续医学教育发展现状,总结了医院继续教育的实践经验,并就医院继续教育的开展提出几点心得体会,对综合性医院的继续医学教育体系构建和完善进行了有益的思考。
Continuing medical education is a lifelong education in the field of medical science, new technology, new knowledge and new methods for health technical staff to continue to study the development of medical science. Based on the development of continuing medical education and the current development in Yunnan Province Continuing Medical Education in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practical experience of the hospital continuing education was summarized, and a few experiences on the hospital to carry out continuing education was put forward. The construction and improvement of the continuing medical education system in general hospital were considered.
