摘要
预防医学是一门多学科交叉、融合、渗透的课程,具有较强的实践性和应用性。由于流行病学方法一直是学生认为比较枯燥和难理解的内容,而且该课程是限选考查课。因此本文采用整群抽样方法,将2013级针灸推拿学专业一班97人设为对照组,2013级针灸推拿学专业二班98人设为实验组,对照组实施案例导入传统教学法(仅借助案例授课),实验组实施"问题引导式教学法"和"案例教学法"并用,探讨其教学效果,为预防医学教学改革提供依据。
Preventive medicine is a course of multi-discipline, integration and infiltration, which has a strong practicality and applicability. Because the students think that the content of the epidemiology method is more boring and difficult to understand, and this course is an elective course. So the cluster sampling method was adopted in the paper, the class one of 2013 acupuncture and mas-sage profession was as the control group, and the class two of 2013 acupuncture and massage profession was as the experimental group. The control group students were taught in the traditional teaching method(only with case), and the experimental group stu-dents were taught in the problem-based and case teaching method. The teaching effect was discussed, which would provide basis for the teaching reform of preventive medicine.
