摘要 为贯彻落实教育部部长袁贵仁在全国医学教育改革工作会议上的讲话精神,使学生早临床、多临床、反复临床,提高学生临床综合思维能力和解决临床实际问题的能力,我校根据实际情况,创建了"校院合作、医教结合"的"1.5+1.5"人才培养模式,本文从师资队伍、课程体系、实践教学基地建设、课程教学实施、教学质量保障与评价五个方面介绍了我校人才培养模式具体的实施过程。 To carry out the speech spirit of the Ministry of education minister Yuan Guiren at the National Conference on the work of medical education reform, and to make the students early clinical, multi clinical, repeated clinical, improving students ' clinical comprehensive thinking ability and the ability to solve the clinical practical problems. According to the actual situation, our school has created " 1.5 + 1.5" talent-training mode based on " Schools and Hospitals cooperation, combining medicine and education". This article described the specific implementation of talent-training mode in our school from five aspects as follows: the teaching staff, cur-riculum system, the establishment of practical teaching base, teaching implementation, teaching quality assurance and evaluation.
