活血化瘀法在中医内科临床的应用

The Application of Promoting Blood Circulation for Removing Blood Stasis Method in Clinical Internal Medicine of TCM

目的探讨在中医内科采用活血化瘀法治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院内科2013年7月—2015年7月收治的患者128例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各64例,对照组给予常规西医治疗方式,观察组开展活血化瘀中医治疗措施,比较两组患者治疗效果并评估其临床应用价值。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.8%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为85.9%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医内科疾病采用活血化瘀治疗的临床效果较好,适宜广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method in clinical in-ternal medicine of TCM. Methods Selecting 128 cases of patients in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 64 cases. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group used promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method. The therapeutic effect was compared, and the clinical application value was assessed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%,the total effective rate of the control group was 85.9%, and the differences between groups had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method in internal medicine of TCM has good clinical effect, and is suitable for wide popularization and application.
