益肾清利活血法治疗慢性原发性肾小球肾炎75例

Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method in the Treatment of Chronic Primary Glomerulonephritis for 75 Cases

目的探讨益肾清利活血法治疗慢性原发性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果。方法抽选慢性原发性肾小球肾炎患者150例随机分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例),对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组则添加益肾清利活血汤治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率96.0%,对照组治疗有效率84.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者症状积分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后SCR(血肌酐)、24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN(尿素氮)相较于对照组明显更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论益肾清利活血法治疗慢性原发性肾小球肾炎患者临床效果良好,患者临床症状及肾功能指标均得到有效改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation method in the treatment of chronic primary glomerulonephritis. Methods Selecting 150 cases of parients with chronic primary glomerulonephritis patients,they were randomly divided into into observation group（ 75 cases） and control group（ 75 cases）. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group added Yishen Qingli Huoxue decoction. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96%, the effective rate of the control group was 84%, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）.The symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. SCR（ serum creatinine）, 24 h urine protein, BUN（ Niao Sudan） of the the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nourishing kidney and promoting blood circulation method in the treatment of chronic primary glomerulonephritis had good clinical effect, and the clinical symptoms and renal function index of the patients were improved.
