Experience of Professor Zheng Jian-min in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨郑建民教授治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床经验。方法归纳总结郑建民教授从事临床工作60余年对慢性肾功能衰竭的诊治并进行分析。结果与结论郑建民教授针对病情辨证施治,抓住"虚、瘀、浊、毒"这一病机关键,从益气养血、健脾补肾,通腑和胃、泄浊解毒,活血化瘀、通经活络三大方面着眼去审视病情,标本兼顾,注意辨证与辨病的有机结合,取得了良好的疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical Experience of Professor Zheng Jian-min in Treating Chronic Renal Failure. Methods Experience of Professor Zheng Jian-min who has been engaged in clinical work for more than 60 years in the treatment of chronic re-nal failure were summarized and analyzed. Results and Conclusion Through providing syndrome differentiation and treatment ac-cording to the state of disease, Professor Zheng Jian-min seized the pathogenesis key of emaciation, stagnation, turbidness and toxin,attached to patients＇ condition from aspects of replenishing qi and blood combined, reinforcing spleen and tonifying kidney, dredging Fu-organs and harmonizing stomach, draining turbidity and detoxification, invigorating the circulation of blood and dispersing blood stasis, clearing and activating meridians and collaterals, relieving both primary manifestation and root cause of disease, focused on the organic intergration of syndrome and disease differentiation, and good curative effect was obtained.
