喜炎平治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Infantile Bronchial Pneumonia

目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法将389例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组200例,对照组189例。2组患儿均给予包括降温、止咳、抗感染等处理的常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用喜炎平注射液进行治疗,7天为1个疗程。结果 2组病例接受综合治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为78.8%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效确切,具有较高的治愈率、有效率,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effiect and security of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile bronchial pneu-monia. Methods Three hundreds and eighty nine children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group（200 cases） and control group（189 cases）. The patients in both groups were administered with fluid therapy, cool, relieve cough,anti-infective and other conventional treatment. In addition, the treatment group received Xiyanping injection on the basis of conven-tional therapy for 7 days. Results Two groups of patients were received comprehensive treatment, the total effective rate of the treat-ment group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than78.8% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia is effective, has high cure rate and effective rate, less adverse reaction. And it is safe and reliable, and can be generalized in the clinical practice.
