青黛散治疗念珠菌性包皮龟头炎21例

Qingdai Powder in the Treatment of Monilial Balanoposthitis for 21 Cases

目的观察青黛散外用治疗性病性或非性病性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎的疗效。方法所有21例符合中西医诊断标准的患者,轻症者单用青黛散干扑或麻油或冷开水调敷外用,反复不愈者合用口服抗真菌药,疗程4-11天不等,疗程结束后观察疗效,结果表明青黛散在治疗性病性或非性病性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎方面疗效显著,有效率达95.2%。结论青黛散治疗性病性或非性病性念珠菌性包皮龟头炎疗效显著、实用、安全、简单、经济,是值得临床推广的一种有效的方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of external use of Qingdai powder in the treatment of venereal or nonvenereal monilial balanoposthitis. Methods 21 cases of patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were selected, the ones with a mild case were only treated with Qingdai powder or that mixed with sesame oil or cold boiled water,while those with recurrent symptoms were given oral antifungal agents besides external use of Qingdai powder. The course of treatment for these 21 patients varies from 4D to 11 D. The therapeutic effect was observed at the end of the course of treatment.Results Qingdai powder in the treatment of venereal or nonvenereal monilial balanoposthitis had significant effect, and the effective rate up to 95.2%. Conclusion Qingdai powder in the treatment of venereal or nonvenereal monilial balanoposthitis is effective,practical, safe, simple and economic, and is an effective method which deserving further clinical applications.
