益肾强骨汤治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症41例

Yishen Qianggu Decoction in the Treatment of Kidney Deficiency Type Osteoporosis for 41 Cases

目的观察益肾强骨汤对肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法按照DOLL’S临床病例观察表,将80例患有肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的门诊患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组41例给予益肾强骨汤治疗,对照组39例给予阿法骨化醇胶囊治疗;通过对比两组患者治疗前后症状积分及骨密度值的改变,从而对两组的疗效进行比较。结果两组患者在治疗后,临床症状平均积分与骨密度较治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后在骨密度升高方面,差异具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在有效率及总有效率方面,差异具有统计学意义,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾强骨汤可明显改善肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者的临床症状,提高患者的骨密度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Yishen Qianggu decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency type osteo-porosis. Methods According to DOLL＇S observation table of clinical cases, 80 patients in our hospital suffering from deficiency type osteoporosis were divided into treatment and control groups. 41 cases in the treatment group were given Yishen Qiangxin decoction.39 cases in the control group were given alfacalcidol capsule. By comparing changes symptom score and BMD between two groups of patients before and after treatment, and thus the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms and bone mineral density compared with average credit before treatment differences of the two groups were statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）. In the increase of bone density, the difference was statistically significant after treatment, and the treat-ment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. In the effective rate and total effective rate, the difference of the two groups was statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group（ P0.05）. Conclusion Yishen Qiangxin decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of deficiency type osteoporosis patients, and improve the patient＇s bone density.
