刺络拔罐结合针灸治疗急性腰痛的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Pricking and Cupping Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Acute Low Back Pain

目的探讨刺络拔罐结合针灸治疗急性腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年6月—2015年1月期间收治的82例急性腰痛患者作为受试对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。2组患者均在本院治疗:观察组采用刺络拔罐+针灸疗法;对照组采用拔罐+针灸疗法,比较2组患者治疗前和治疗1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d后临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组VAS评分无显著差异P>0.05。治疗1 d、2 d、3 d、7 d后,观察组VAS评分均显著低于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。观察组总有效率(97.56%)显著高于对照组(82.93%),组间差异P<0.05。,观察组复发率(0)显著低于对照组(9.76%),组间差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论急性腰痛患者采用刺络拔罐+针灸治疗,临床效果较为理想,应推广使用该疗法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pricking and cupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute low back pain. Methods Selecting 82 cases of acute low back pain patients in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2015 period as the objects, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases each group.All patients were in hospital treatment. The observation group used pricking and cupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The control group received cupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical effect of the two groups before treatment and after treatment of 1d, 2d, 3d and 7d were compared. Results Before treatment, VAS score of the two groups was no significant difference P〈0.05. After treatment of 1d, 2d, 3d and 7d, VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between groups was significant P〈0.05. The total effective rate of the observation group was97.56% which was significantly higher than 82.93% of the control group, and the difference between groups was significant P〈0.05.The recurrence rate of the onservation group was 0 which was significantly lower than 9.76 % of the control group, and the difference between groups had significant statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion The pricking and cupping combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute low back pain has ideal clinical effect, and it should be promoted.
