炎琥宁注射液联合麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿病毒性肺炎效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Infantile Viral Pneumonia

目的探讨小儿病毒性肺炎采用炎琥宁注射液联合麻杏石甘汤加味治疗后的效果。方法将我院收治的62例病毒性肺炎患儿作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组31例,对照组在基础上加用炎琥宁注射液,观察组在对照组基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加味治疗,总疗程为7天,比较2组治疗效果、咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、肺部啰音症状体征的消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%与对照组83.87%相比显著升高(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较无差异性(P>0.05)。结论小儿病毒性肺炎采用炎琥宁注射液联合麻杏石甘汤加味治疗临床疗效肯定,中西药联合应用达到了标本同治的效果,有效缩短病程,改善预后,值得推广采纳。

Objective To discuss the effect of potassium sodium dehydroandroandrographolide succinate injection combined with Max-ing Shigan decoction in the treatment of infantile viral pneumonia. Methods In our hospital, 62 cases of children with viral pneumo-nia were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had31 cases. The control group used potassium sodium dehydroandroandrographolide succinate injection. The observation group used Maxing Shigan decoction on the basis of the control group. The total treatment continued for 7 days. The therapeutic effect, coughing,coughing up phlegm, wheezing, lung＇s symptoms, signs disappeared time and adverse reactions occur of the two groups were com-pared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77 % which was higher than 83.87% of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The cough, sputum, breathing and pulmonary rales disappear time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had no difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The potassium sodium dehydroandroandrographolide succinate injection combined with Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of infantile viral pneumonia had definite clinical curative effect, the combination application of Chinese and Western medicine achieved the effect of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease. It can shorten the course of the disease, improve prognosis, and is adopt to be promoted.
