女贞子对免疫相关调节作用研究进展

女贞子性味甘、苦、凉。归肝、肾经。为木犀科植物女贞的干燥成熟果实。最早记载于我国药学专著《神农本草经》。近几年的一系列研究发现,女贞子有效成分女贞子多糖、齐墩果酸等,具有提高非特异性免疫、加强体液免疫、调节细胞免疫、降低超敏反应引起的炎症等功效,并且涉及抗肿瘤的免疫调节。作为一种中药常用药,其具有补肾滋阴、养肝明目、退虚热的作用,可以治疗肝肾阴虚不足所导致的头晕目眩,须发早白,视物昏花,阴虚发热等症。因此其具有极高的药用价值。现代研究表明其有降血糖,降血脂,消炎等作用。

Ligustrumlucidum is bitter, sweet and cool, which belongs to the liver and the kidney, and is the dried fruit of ligustrum of Privet Oleaceae plants. Ligustrumlucidum was firstly recorded in China ＇s pharmaceutical monograph Shennong Bencao Jing. A series of studies in recent years found that Ligustrumlucidum effective components of Polysaccharides from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,oleanolic acid has effect on improving nonspecific immunity, enhancing the humoral immunity, regulating immune cell, reducing hy-persensitivity caused by inflammation, and anti tumor immune regulation. Ligustrumlucidum nearly as a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, it has effect on nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, nourishing liver and improving eyesight, relieving deficiency heat, can treat dizziness caused by yin deficiency of liver and kidney deficiency, early white hair, blurred vision, fever due to yin de-ficiency and other disorders. So it has very high medicinal value. Modern research showed that it has the effect of lowering blood sug-ar, lowering blood lipids and anti-inflammation.
