摘要
以硅钨酸为催化剂合成乙酸丙酯,考察了醇酸的物质的量比、反应时间和硅钨酸的用量对乙酸丙酯转化率的影响.结果表明:硅钨酸是合成乙酸丙酯的良好催化剂,当乙酸用量为0.10 mol时,醇酸物质的量之比为1.4∶1.0,反应时间为2.5 h,硅钨酸质量为0.50 g,此时酯化率可达98%.
Propyl acetate has been synthesized with Silicotungstic acid as catalyst. Molar ratio of silicic acid, reaction time and mass of silicotungstic acid are examined to observe the esterifieation ratio of propyl acetate. The result shows that silicotungstie acid is a good catalyst for the synthesis of propyl acetate. Based on 0.1 molacetic acid, molar ratio of alcohol acid is 1.4: 1.0; based on 2.5h reaction time and 0.50 g mass of silicotungstic acid, the yield of product can reach 98%.
