摘要
本文建立了采用氧弹燃烧—离子色谱法测定三醋酸纤维素薄膜(TAC膜)中氯元素含量的条件及方法。确定以氧弹法对试样进行燃烧,以20 mmol/L KOH为吸收液进行吸收,以Dionex Ion Pac TM As19柱为阴离子交换柱,以20 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液等度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,经离子色谱仪分离测定三醋酸纤维素薄膜中氯元素的含量。氯离子的方法检出限(3S/N)为0.1 mg/L。用该方法对三醋酸纤维素薄膜中氯离子进行测定,线性相关系数大于0.999,相对标准偏差为0.2%,加标回收率为97%-104%。
The determination method of trace halides in tri-cellulose acetate by oxygen bombcombustion-ion chromatography and potassiumhydroxide as the absorption solution was investigated.All species were separated at Dionex IonPac As 19 with mobile phase of a mixture of 20 mmol/L KOH at a flow-rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection limits of chloride was 0.1 mg/L.The proposed method was used to determination the chloride in tri-cellulose acetate,the relative standard deviations of chloride was 0.2%,the recoveries of the anions in the range of 97-104%, the correlation coefficient was 0.999.
