摘要
目的 :目的观察研究舒适护理干预对肿瘤放疗患者的应用效果和价值。观察研究舒适护理干预对肿瘤放疗患者的应用效果和价值。方法 :方法随机选取2015年1月到2016年1月在我院接受放疗的肿瘤患者72人,随机地将其分成两组:对照组患者采用我院常规护理,观察组患者采用在常规护理基础上强化的舒适护理干预。设计调查问卷,调查对比两组患者的生活质量和两组的护理满意度。结果 ::护理前,两组患者的生活质量调查无明显差异((P>0.05),经过不同护理后,两组患者的生活质量调查出现明显差异(P<0.05);观察组(97.22%)的护理满意度明显比对照组(77.78%)高,数据具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 :舒适护理干预对肿瘤放疗患者的生活质量有很好的提高,患者及患者家属对舒适护理干预也给予了充分的肯定。
Objective Study the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in patients with tumor radiotherapy and value. Methods Selection from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital patients with accepting radiotherapy of tumor, 72 people, divided into two groups at random. The control group using conventional care; Observe group on the basis of conventional nursing using comfortable nursing intervention. Results Two groups of patients quality of life of a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Satisfaction for nursing the observation group （97.22%） is significantly higher than the control group （77.78%）, data has obvious difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing intervention in patients with tumor radiation therapy have a good life quality is improving, patients and patients families of comfortable nursing intervention also gave full affirmation.
