摘要 目的 :总结生酮饮食治疗小儿难治性癫痫的护理经验.方法 :对20例难治性癫痫患儿进行生酮饮食治疗,通过监测血糖、尿酮体、血酮体,密切观察患儿的不良反应,加强健康宣教及不良反应的预防与护理.结论 :加强难治性癫痫患儿行生酮饮食的护理干预可以降低患儿的癫痫发作频率,提高家属的治疗依从性. Objective Summarize the ketogenic diet nursing experience for the treatment of children with intractable epilepsy. Methods 20 cases of children with intractable epilepsy ketogenic diet therapy, by monitoring the blood sugar, urine ketone body, blood ketone body and closely observe the patient＇s adverse reactions, strengthen health education and the prevention and nursing of adverse reactions. Conclusions Strengthen children with intractable epilepsy line ketogenic diet nursing intervention can reduce the patient＇s seizure frequency, improve the treatment compliance of family members.
