某铜覆板和层压板生产企业职业病危害因素分析和控制

Investigation and control of occupational hazard factors in a copper clad laminate and laminate plant

目的分析某铜覆板和层压板生产企业职业病危害程度,确定关键控制点和控制措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、危害因素定量检测、职业健康检查等方法,对中山市某铜覆板和层压板生产企业的职业病危害因素进行检测和评价。结果该生产企业存在的危害因素有其他粉尘、化学毒物、高温、噪声和激光。粉尘超标率为12.5%,甲苯CTWA超标率为6.7%,丙酮CTWA超标率为20.0%,丁酮CTWA超标率为40.0%,丙酮CSTEL超标率为25.0%,丁酮CSTEL超标率为50.0%,个体噪声超标率为42.9%。结论该生产企业化学毒物、噪声、粉尘危害未达到职业病防治法律法规和相关标准的要求,需要有针对性地采取进一步控制措施。

Objective To analyze occupational hazards of a copper clad laminate and laminate plant,determine critical control points and propose control measures. Methods Occupational hygienic investigation,engineering analysis,quantitative measures of occupational hazards and occupational health examination were applied. Results Main occupational hazards of this plant were dust,hazardous chemicals,high temperature,noise and laser. The over standard rate of dust was12. 5%. The over standard rate of methylbenzene CTWAwas 6. 67%. The over standard rate of acetone CTWAwas 20. 0%.The over standard rate of butanone CTWAwas 40. 0%. The over standard rate of acetone CSTELwas 25. 0%. The over standard rate of butanone CSTELwas 50. 0%. The over standard rate of noise was 42. 9%. Conclusion The control measures of hazardous chemicals,noise and dust in this plant don’t meet requirements of laws and regulations of occupational diseases prevention. More specific control measures should be implemented. Then the risk of occupational poisoning and noise- induced hearing loss would be reduced.
