某铅锌矿地下开采建设项目职业病危害预评价 被引量:1

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in the lead-zinc mine underground mining construction project

摘要 目的识别、分析建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素,预测对劳动者身体健康的影响,探讨防护对策和职业卫生管理措施。方法采用类比法和检查表法对某铅锌矿地下开采建设项目职业病危害进行预评价。结果拟建项目生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为矽尘、煤尘、铅尘、CO、NO2、SO2、NH3、H2S、噪声等。类比企业检测结果显示:凿岩爆破工接触呼尘浓度0.9~1.3 mg/m3,总尘浓度1.1~1.6 mg/m3,接触铅尘浓度0.064 mg/m3;运输工接触呼尘浓度0.4~0.9 mg/m3,总尘浓度0.7~1.3 mg/m3;爆破工接触噪声8 h等效声级86.2 d B(A);预测建设项目建成投产后,部分作业工人接触粉尘浓度、铅尘浓度和噪声强度有可能超标;建设项目在选址、总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计等基本符合要求。结论该建设项目属职业病危害严重建设项目,拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。 Objective To identify and explore the possible occupational risk factors of construction project for determining the hazard type and predicting the influence to workers’ health,and explore the corresponding protective measures and occupational health management measures. Methods Analogical analysis and checklists were used to evaluate the occupational hazards for the lead- zinc mine underground mining construction project. Results The main occupational risk factors in the process of proposed project included silicious dust,coal dust,lead dust,CO,NO2,SO2,NH3,H2 S and noise.Analogy enterprise detection results showed that exposed respirable dust concentration of drilling and blasting work was0. 9- 1. 3 mg / m3,total dust concentration was 1. 1- 1. 6 mg/m3,exposed lead dust concentration was 0. 064 mg/m3; Exposed respirable dust concentration of hauler was 0. 4- 0. 9 mg / m3,total dust concentration was 0. 7- 1. 3 mg/m3; exposed noise of fireman was 8- hour continuous equivalent sound level 86. 2 d B( A). After proposed project was put into operation,the exposed silicious dust concentration,lead dust concentration and noise intensity might be beyond standard among a number of workers. The construction project in the site location,overall layout,production equipment layout and occupational disease hazard protective measures basically met with the requirements. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazards construction project,protective measures are in accordance with the requirements,from the perspective of occupation health,the project is feasible.
