摘要
文章简要介绍了氯化聚乙烯工艺发展情况,并对目前在用的生产工艺进行了比较分析,在此基础上提出了稀酸相法递进到浓酸相法的联产工艺,解决了生产过程中的耗水量大和废水量大的问题,该联产工艺有望在氯化聚乙烯行业中得到推广应用。
It is briefly introduced the development of production process of chlorinated polyethylene.And a comparative analysis of production process currently used has been done.Based on this,co-production process is proposed from method of dilute acid to concentrated acid method progressively,which solves the problems of a large amount of water consumption and waster in the production process.This co-production process is expected to be widely used in chlorinated polyethylene industry.
